How do I get a quote?
Upload your 3D model (STEP, STP, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT or STL) plus a 2D drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF) through our secure portal. You'll receive transparent pricing, lead time and design-for-manufacturing feedback — typically within 12 hours.
What tolerances can you hold?
Our standard is ISO 2768-medium (±0.1 mm). We routinely hold ±0.025 mm and can achieve down to ±0.005 mm on critical CNC and Swiss-lathe features. Add GD&T callouts to your drawing so we quote the correct inspection level.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ for CNC machining and sheet metal — we make single prototypes as well as production runs up to 100,000+ pieces. Vacuum casting is quoted per silicone mould (typically 10–100 parts).
What are your typical lead times?
Prototypes ship in 3–5 business days; production quantities in 7–15 days depending on process, material, finishing and volume. Expedited options are available — flag urgent projects when you request a quote.
Do you provide inspection and material certificates?
Yes. Every order includes dimensional verification. On request we supply full first-article (FAI / AS9102) reports, CMM data, and material & RoHS/REACH certificates with traceability.
Is my design kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your files stay confidential, we sign NDAs on request, and we never reuse customer tooling or designs. All data is transferred over encrypted connections.
